New Home in Montreal

We really enjoyed working with Francois this fall to find a new home in Montreal. From the first, he was courteous, professional and organized. It was always a pleasure to meet with him to visit properties. He was very objective in his advice to us - never pushy, never encouraging us to move faster than we were comfortable moving. He knows the city well and was able to provide valuable information about the applicable rules for divided and undivided condo arrangements. I hope we won't move for many years, but when we do, I won't hesitate to call François. And in the meantime, i will recommend him to friends and family!
